McDonald's sold me stale doughnuts

I bought 2 doughnuts today at McDonald's Newtown Junction Mall. I could hear the cashier telling her colleague that they don't seem right. But instead of letting me know that the doughnuts are stale they preheat them. When I got home they were like cardboard. I even have a video. I bought today 13.02.2021 at 18:40. We pay for this food and it's unfair that the staff could just sell something that they saw that it's stale.
