McDonald's Sky City (Alberton)

I would like to thank the staff at McDonald's Sky City for accommodating a number of us today during our extended power outage .2 months ago, I'd written a review about my dissatisfaction on how only 1 plug was working during a similar event. The manager called and made me aware that they are looking into it and it will be fixed. True to her word, today the plugs worked , we had our breakfast, coffee's and continued to be productive. It was a great environment and I believe all of us are grateful . As customers, we are quick to highlight retailers shortfalls and rush to hello peter to voice our unhappiness yet drag our feet and often never return to give feedback when a matter is resolved or even praise retailers when they rectify or give exceptional service. May this review remind you that we see your efforts and appreciate them even though many are silent. Thank you so much for today. we really appreciate it and keep up the good work.
