McDonald's Sinoville

Ordered 2 Big Mac meals on Uber Eats from McDonald's Sinoville in Pretoria, and i got old soggy chips with dark burn marks, both burgers were dry and i specifically said no ice and both cold drinks had ice in them and this has happened on numerous occasions I'm just fed up now
