McDonald’s Silverlakes is pathetic

Pathetic employees starting from the call center to the restaurant. I called at 8:30 ordering 2 spicy Cajun, I stay 600m away from the restaurant. It’s almost 2 hrs and we haven’t received our order. No explanation!!!
