Mcdonalds Sidewell you disappoint me

I order in the drive through assisted by an African lady who is written in the slip Hazel N. Crew no 58. I placed my order she processes it and I paid everything went to the next window I was ready to pick up my order and the guy told me to wait in the parking and I went to wait. They gave me bad attitude and took over 18 minutes to give me my order. Seemingly they expected me to get out of the car and get in the store pick my own stuff. What is the drive through for? The person I have a problem with is the colored guy at the next window that has no respect for clients. Let's be treated equally people!
