McDonald's should close down next no patties!!!!!!!!

McDonald's in KwaZulu-Natal Chatsworth the ridge is really... Going to be loosing business last week I ordered a meal for me my family via the call center and my meal was not on track... As time was not met I was night shift ordered my meal at 5.45 received meal at 7.20...called store manager **** at 6.20 stating my order left it did not as i called in at 7 they then advised that there is no lettuce this is the delay order came cold and horrible... Driver did not have a card machine came went and came back with one.. At around 9...but today was the biggest by far I will not purchase McDonald's ever again I am a bush body on the road and always get McDonald's as a matter of convenience for me and my family.. Today I went through the drive through and ordered the girl taking the orders advises me that they are no fries she can give me wedges so I proceeded to order big macs for me and my family we needed cokes they advised us no cokes so we took sprite and I agreed... On collection upon my order I received big mac there were no bun in the middle we received our meals in incorrect boxes so we assumed they gave us incorrect order upon Calling the manager.. He advised us that there is no buns.. But the girl did not we paid for big macs and received just an ordinary burger with no coke no fries plus incorrect packaging this McDonald's need to get their inventory correct prior to the lettuce they always out of stock of cool drink or something... This franchise needs to seriously look at closing down being a big fan and customer to McDonald's as I order maybe 10 times in a month I am very disappointed..
