McDonalds **** Review

I am so ****ed , the service I got was BAAAAAAAAAAAAD! I ordered at 11:00 for advanced delivery of 13:00 and its now 14:25 and i still havent received my order which is totally unacceptable. When i alled the store , the driver told me that hes still at the store and he returned with the food as it was cold , how is that my business ?
