McDonalds Shameful

Last night I bought food from McDonalds and they said if I wanted a McFeast Spicy I must buy the dry burger and buy the sauce for the burger to make it an McFeast Spicy. First of all : What the Hell is going on. Why would I buy a dry burger and the sauce to make the McFeast Spicy. Do they still make the McFeast burger???? Tonight I buy an milkshake and it smells and tastes like Doom....... Really now!!! Do I not get anything I ask for???? Why is the customer service so bad there???? Why can't they just give me the stuff I ask for without any queries???? I know for a fact that they have lost me and my family as their customers. This store is situated in Uitenhage Eastern Cape. I am very Dissatisfied with this Mc Donalds. I think this is the worst ever...
