McDonalds serving mould infested bread rolls

I was eating my Crispy Chicken Spicy burger and noticed that the bread roll had mould on it. My collegue who had eaten the same burger also mentioned that her roll was not fresh. I reported it to the manager and she basically said that they check their expiry dates everyday and that she would send back the whole batch of rolls as they were all off when she checked. This is unacceptable for a world class franchise store.
