Mcdonalds service very disgusting

24/12/2023 Time: 17:57 I was at McDonald's at Somerset restaurant I placed an order for Spicy McFeast X2 and Kiddies meal X4 and the lady said they don't have a ketchup and no kiddies toys. I told her on the speaker that they need to make a plan for me either give me an extra meal for my other child who was not with us at that time and she said NO, this will subtract some money from what I will pay. She said to me I need to speak to the manager, however the manager ws not in. I watched one of the employee eating and she had ketchup and I asked her " Did you say there is none and I was informed it's for staff only. This was disgustingly unprofessional. My number is ***.
