McDonald's service that sucks

McDonald's Verulam, 2nd occasion with the worst service ever. Order was taken down incorrectly and took close to 30 minutes for breakfast. When our order came through it was incorrect and missing items. Today after ordering at the drive thru we were asked to park aside, 3 other cars that arrived after us received their orders but we were still waiting. After inquiring about our order thabiso asked me what I ordered. So I was just left there to wait, forgotten about and samgeliso the manager was out of sight. Disgusting service would not recommend McDonald's
