McDonald's service suck

McDonald's at Mall at Redds suck. You tell me to wait in the parking lot for my order because of your turn around time.. This is now the 3rd time I waited and after about 20min I must get out of my car to go inside to ask where is my food. Only to see my order is ready but you to lazy to bring it and my order is wrong. You are beyond ***********.
