McDonald's service is pathetic

The service here is the worst and the manager is no use the queue is long and there is only one person that is assisting us,when I asked to speak to the manager she said they are short staffed and there is nothing she can do.and the lady that was assisting us said it's not her problem that they are short stuffed...very disappointing.
