McDonalds service has declined like a Gov Dept.

I have 3 accounts of bad service at McDonald's:<br> 1st account was at Mcdonald's Southgate my wife and I ordered a Grand Chicken Spicy meal as per the menu and the teller tells us they don't have drinks so we say that is fine please just give us the burger and chips now imagine eating this hot burger with out any drinks and what makes it worst is that the burger and chips order cost more than meal... Luckily we had juice in the car. <br> 2nd account was on our way to the Home Expo at the Dome the Mcdonald's on Beyers Nauder N1 North we ordered as a Family meals for the adults and my kids at the drive through and as we drove off and hit the highway we realized that they never packed the Kidz Meals. Imagine eating a burger in front of your kids and they don't have one and the worst thing we paid for that. <br> 3rd account is the final and I am done with Mcdonald's forever! This morning at Mcdonald Ondekkers Florida I was at the drive through waiting to place the order for my colleagues at work for about 15 mins in the queue ordered the meals for the team got back at the office opened up the bag and guess what no Grand Chicken. I had to go back and this time waited 20mins in the queue again.
