McDonald’s selling us false food

I bought a chicken foldover at McDonalds Tzaneen and it didn’t look like any foldover iv had before. It only had two chicken patties, onions n a slice of tomato with source. It looked like north as advertised or any other iv had from other McD outlets .This is bad and I am not happy with what I was served today. I think if there’s shortages of the ingredients, customers must be notified.
