McDonald's Selling Me melted ice cream

Totally infuriated with this branch. What's the point of having a kiosk that displays stock when there isn't none. I had to sit for over 30 min buying a MC Flurry only to get a melted one and one that looked as if it was played with. Had to wait for more time when there was a run around in regards to me getting my refund. This is my complain against Eris and Ndivhuwo at Crown Mines. I'm posting this as I'm in the branch
