McDonald's Selby Johannesburg should be closed

Went to redeem 6500 worth of points and when I got there they telling me that I was supposed to come to the till only after my timer has lapsed and I am so hungry cause I don't have money today. I am so ****ed about the stuff at McDonald's Selby I always try to contain my self every time I go there because I know that branch always has drama. Now when I asked what's going to happen to my points they told me that they don't know. I spend my money to get points that I can't even use when I want to just because the stuff is *********** 😡😡😡😡. Something needs to be done to that branch please.
