McDonalds security told me to pee on the floor.

McDonalds in Pietermaritzburg on church street has the absolute worst service.

the security is so rude. on 2025/02/25 at around 13:39 i walked in and asked to use the bathroom and they asked me to make a purchase first. I explained to the security that i came here to have a meal and i will obviously make a purchase i just needed to use the bathroom first cause i was really pressed. This disgusting man told me to pee on the floor cause there was no way he was gonna let me use the bathroom before i buy something. i tried to explain that i was really pressed and my bladder will literally burst at this point. he didn't care instead he proceeded to shout at me and constantly told me to pee on the floor if i was that pressed. i have never been so humiliated in my life being shouted by a McDonalds security telling me to pee on the floor Infront of the many people that were in the store.

I realized that i had no choice but to do as he says or i would have ended up actually peeing on the floor.

even if people have to buy something first i don't think i deserved to be treated that way especially because i came there for lunch. instead i was treated like a ******** who was trying to use McDonalds toilets for free. if these are your official rules you should have signs that say customers are not allowed to use the bathroom before buying so at least we know of your pathetic service and dehumanizing rules and then at least i wouldn't have went there in the first place and got embarrassed like that.

I honestly CAN NOT BELIVE!!! this is how you treat your customer. Please you guys need to do better, so disappointing to be treated like that buy a man.
