McDonald's Seapoint Cape Town worst ever

Just been to McDonald's Seapoint Cape Town, and OMG!!! You guys need to eather shut it down, or replace everyone working there!!! We had a game at Greenpoint stadium, starting at 20.30 so we went there 19.55 to order a quick meal. After 20 minutes of waiting, we went to the cashier, she told us they forgot about our order?? Obviously we where upset and wanted to see a manager. They called someone who knew absolutely NOTHING about being a manager, because the actual manager was hiding at the back, and didn't want to man up and face us. All i can say is ,, never again will i support your brand. At first we where denied a refund, but when we said we going to take this further and because of their negligence, we going to loose our rugby game, they finally decided to refund us. Dont just appoint people who dont have any clue of what customer service is, they are all putting you in a bad light.
