McDonalds SeaPoint

I am a huge fan of McDonalds, I just had the worst experience in my life with McDonalds in SeaPoint. I ordered, waited 1 hour and they are 2.9 km's from my work. I received the food, it was cold, not luke warm, ice cold. My coolfrink fell over and I had 1/3 of my cup left. My mielies was old and hard as if they were left outside or they were warmed more than once. My burger is so hard, the chicken patty that I can not bite through it, it is shocking that we have to accept service like this. My fries was old, for sure old and my friend's chilli chicken pieces was horrible. The best part was when I googled their number and tried calling them, the number does not work at all. I called the McDonalds in GreenPoint, a lady answered and said she will call get someone to call me back and I am still waiting. I asked her for the number for the SeaPoint MacD's and she said google the number, as if I would not try that before calling her. I am shocked, I do not normally do this but this is just horrbible. The service is so so bad. I can sort myself out but if this was for my child and he was at home or at school and depended on this meal, he would not have had any lunch at all. How is this happening and why do people give such bad service?
