McDonald's save ways centre witbank-loves robbing us

Good day, I was at the witbank branch ay save ways centre, firstly the drive through que was ridiculously slow, after placing my order I had to wait almost 10min at the pay station as the person was busy with one of the car guard attendants, after paying and receiving my order I specifically asked the people had the put the extra I ordered on my meal to which the reply was yes.. Only to get to our place which is over 15min away from the establishment to find out they had given us no ketchup and no worst of all my extras which I paid for was not ony meal, come on guys stop robbing people in this country must every organistion rob the consumer, we work hard to be ****** it seems, I will never use that branch again and I urge other to follow suit, I even tried to call the branch to speak to someone the phone rings and goes dead. How useless are the people and the franchise that they cannot have a stable line or employee people that actually knows what there jobs entail.
