mcdonalds safari tuine really bad service

Safarituine Rustenburg is really bad! Waited 20mins with only 4 cars infront of us. Got to the intercom and waited 7mins for someone to take my online order nr (so I did all the work before hand). so 27mins before even getting to the window?????
