McDonald's SAD MEAL

On 26/11/2019 me and my wife went to Mcdonald's Krugersdorp very excited to order the Adults HAPPY meals clearly it was a ADULTS SAD MEAL, both of redeemed our vouchers on the Mcdonalds App, I went to one screen to claim and pay and she to another screen next to me to pay, she claimed the voucher on the app wanted to pay then the Machine frozen so it was not possible she did show the manager there is still some time left to claim or redeem the voucher but he did not care at all about it only saying he cant claim the voucher now it is now expired so there is no way she can get her happy meal.

So I requested to refund my money because I already ordered and pay for my Sad meal due to my wife cant have it so then I also do not want it then I rather have a refund and order something ells or go to KFC and get better service.

Then the manager on duty told me he try to sort it out, he is not authorized to do so really i mean why is he then a manager??

after waiting 20 Min with my PREGNANT wife he came back ask me to please leave my name and number on a peace of paper he will sort it out and come back to me.

Today is 17/12/12 almost a month later still no refund or call??
