McDonald's SA sucks like most other SA chains

Macdonalds South Africa menu is not as nice as overseas. Often staff forget to pack certain items in the burger.. Once even forgot a patty. Macdonalds never discount and still charge full price even if they have run out of pickles or onions etc. They constantly tell you to speak to Mr D or Uber eats when the orders are at fault. It is not Mr D or Uber eats fault for them not managing the restaurant. And when I made suggestions. They insisted I speak to the delivery company of my food? Honestly. Not supporting anymore. Always issues with my orders and no accountability.
