McDonald's SA lying to the public about services and products

I was at McDonald in Pretoria South Africa (Restaurant ********** ), but the same sad service is practiced by all MCdonalds shops in the same region of Gauteng as I have personally experienced. The restaurant will state that they have a drive trough. You can order any menu item. Even just 1 small burger. They will take your money and then ask you to go part as they dont want the electronic system at the window to show that they are manipulating and lying about service delivery . Then you receave in most cases the raw salpped together food that is the worst takeout food of all the brands. They only reason why i have tried this was due to free toys for the kids that few other fast food places still do. I am reporting a few brances with photographic proof to the health department and also to the ombitsman due to fals adverti*****t. Dont take my money and offer a service or product - if you can not deliver. Even if i need to wait 30min - i wont mind but just give the public cooked food that is not raw and taste like soup.
