McDonalds SA just as slow as the ANC government

Mcdonalds does not leave one much choice but to post a complaint here. Maybe now your HQ would leave a contact-us form that actually goes to the HQ and not the franchise.

Anyway, so on Monday night we had to drop a family member off at the bus stop in Vereeniging to catch the bus at 21:10. We got there at about 20:35 and I decided to get in the drive-through que to get three ice-creams. From the time I ordered to the time I got the ice-cream was probably around 25 minutes, and this was with two cars ahead of me in the drive through. No one can but surmise what was going on around the corner, but I need to state that this is pathetic. Why is it that when a foreign chain opens shop in SA, for the first 6 months, service is good, and then it drops to government level service? Why can McDonalds SA not be on par with the McDonalds in the US or UK? Is this the only thing that we have to offer in SA, that being bad service? Just imagine the profits you'd be making if only your service was much better. I expect to see a improvement next time I visit you establishment.
