Mcdonald's *****s and unprofessional.

Mcdonald's Belgravia Athlone charged me twice on my order. I immediately brought this to management attention only to be told they would have to process a refund. unfortunately for me takes 5 business days. I was reluctant but anyway agreed. It's been far past that turnaround time with no feedback or paper trail I'm begging to think that nothing is being done and I was just ******. Real ****** and unprofessional Mcdonald's Belgravia I want my money. I would rather donate it to homeless then let u get away with *****ing through your lazy staff that can't capture orders correctly.
