Mcdonald's rude staff - terrible service

I went to McDonald's on Friday and ordered a Double Chilli Cheese Burger and got something that looked like it was made in 2 seconds. The burger did not have any jalapeños on it and the second patty was barely visible. Luckily I checked it before leaving the parking lot. I went back into the McDonald's to complain and I got the worst service. The man had the nerve to walk away and ignore me while I was asking him how they could give me a burger where the key ingredient is jalapeños and not have jalapeños on it. The other woman said well we don't have jalapeños, when I asked her why they didn't tell me that they didn't have them she just mumbled in a different language and walked away. I am disgusted by this terrible service and I hope that these people's attitudes will be addressed. I have pictures to show what the burger looked like. Mcdonald's Midrand!
