McDonald's rude manager

I went to the McDonald's in vaal mall.... ordered my meal in drive through and went to pay, we asked them to redeemed my free upsize and the server said she has to call the manager because she ordered another big Mac meal and upsized that. Manager came with the most disgusting attitude and refused to give us our money back...used profanities on us and said to me husband that he will throw hot oil on us
