McDonald's Rosebank service is getting poor everyday

McDonald's rosebank service is getting poorer by the day, as of this week I have had to wait +-30 minutes on a drive through. This morning and during the week I was almost late for work because of the slow service. The drive through intercom doesnt work and to pay is also a hassle and then to collect the food they need the slip first and then start preparing the food.....awful really
