McDonald's Rosebank is SH**!!!!

I am absolutely disgusted with toady's service.

McDonalds Rosebank

Firstly like any other company, I expect employees to respect their operation hours, clearly not the employees at Rosebank. I'm disappointed! I arrived at the drive though just before seven to leave the drive though at 07:28. Appaulling service, I'm disgusted... Secondly no communication regarding the fact that you were not ready to service me. Lack of work ethic! Thirdly your staff cannot communicate with the customers with respect. I get that it's early in the morning but you leave your problems at home, do not bring them to work. Smile and pretend to care if you have too. Forthly, How do you operate the cashier machine without the knowledge of this. Your cashier was calling her colleague for assistance with every order I redeemed. Johhhhhhhhhh. Clearly major training is required. Number 5: I redeemed fries to be given the small packet of fries, thereafter not even a genuine apology for the mistake. To top it off, I request for the manager to assist me as this was a terrible experience. This was the same person who gave me the incorrect fries, the same person who was rude to me. She had the audacity to tell me that they were not ready to serve us at the time and we must wait... OMG

I love McDonalds and I tend to share my great experiences with you from time to time but today.. DEFEATED!!!
