McDonalds Rosebank and their burnt food!

The closest McDonalds to my work is the Rosebank branch so its convenient to go there for breakfast. I do enjoy their breakfasts however I keep getting really sloppy and burnt food. I would not complain if this was the first time but its now my 3rd time of getting inedible food. This sort of service is totally unacceptable!
