McDonald's roodepoort delivery

We placed an online order using the McDonald's app and we had paid online already our order confirmation cam at 12:18 and we were told an estimated 40 to 45 minutes delivery time. However 2 hours later our order finally arrived we called the call center and they had no answers for us. We tried ordering a week earlier but our order was 2 hours delayed in fact we had to cancel the order because we are so fed up with the so called fast food delivery.
