McDonald's Rock n Rock is pathetic

Hi,

I come with great disappointment to write this review about McDonald's.

I order 2 meals via UberEats on Friday 01 Nov 2019, Mcd's Fold Over Meal and a Mcd's Chicken Garlic and Mayo Meal. I paid online and food was delivered. The Uber guy gave me one single bag with both orders in the bag. Because I was so hungry I had opened the burger box and took a bite, and instantly it burned my mouth because it was too spicy. I have a medical condition (Ulcer problems) so I stay from spicy food and when I get too hungry my stomach pains.

So I bought airtime and phoned McDonald's Rock n Roll and they explained that they will check with the driver and get back to me. No one called me back and keep in mind I am extremely hungry and never ate anything.

The lady explained that I should leave the mean as is they will send the guy back, nothing happened. I than phoned the head office and a lady answered can't remember her name and she advised that she will call and sort this etc...

Lady called back wanted to know what order and I explained and I am furious because I paid already for this food. Mcd's Rock n Roll never got back to me.

The lady from the head office never came back to me as well. I than sent a complaint to McDonald's and the lady from the Rock and Roll branch called me (The Manager) and she apologized and had advised that she will call me the next day before 12pm.

Up until today I am waiting for this call and no one seems to care about this situation. I paid for a meal I couldn't eat because Mcdonald's decided to give me a spicy chicken burger instead of a Garlic and Mayo burger.

McDonald's never responded till today, nothing was resolved no money paid back nothing at all.

I will surely be taking this further.

This is really pathetic of McDonald's. All that they could've done was pay my money back and fetch their incorrect order or replaced the meal. Something simple but this is beyond that now.
