Mcdonalds Rivergate (01/09/2024), sold me a old burger and brown greased chips( Nosiyabonga Nqenqa staff apologized and said manager will refund. Talent/Khanya manager was unpleasant, took the bag with the food and throws it in the dustbin. I didn't receive an apology nor a refund from the manager. I laid complaints on the App, sent emails, asked to speak to Wayne Fritz , franchise owner and to date ,no one rep**** to my emails, my complaints has been closed off. Victim of ***** and theft. I have the slip, I have videos of the incident and witnesses statements. Plese help!!
