McDonald's ridiculous service

On Saturday 4pm we visited McDonald's in Johannesburg cbd. Where we placed a order for food and ice cream . The order was initially placed as a eat in but was given to us as a takeaway from there we had to wait 30mins more for our ice cream while people who came behind us got their order before us, and everytime we had to ask for our ice cream we were either told to wait or just ignored by the staff ,we literally spent an hour waiting for ice cream as when they eventually wanted to help they didn't know what was our order and the receipts had been misplaced. This was by far the worst service I've received from McDonald's and Il most probably never get anything from McDonald's again.
