McDonald's Ridge

Absolutely pathetic I placed an order 1 and 1/2 hour ago and contacted the restaurant to find out if the Mr delivery guy/ girl had received my order as it was not delivered. I was told thay I was asking for too much and there's no way that they can help me. How do you not know what's going out of your kitchen why is there's systems put in place. The guy refused to give me his name because he was to damn lazy to get off his butt and actually help me... Disgusting behavior. I would rather die instead of ordering from McDonald's at the ridge ever again
