Mcdonald's richardsbay

Absolutely horrible service at McDonald's richardsbay. This is the 3rd time I received cold fries. Previously the staff mixed my orders up and refused to do a refund. Manager, Theo is an arrogant, rude person who couldn't be bothered to assist.
