McDonald's Richards bay worst service

McDonald's Richards bay, I went to get lunch and with my meal I ordered a Mango frappe and the what was given to me was, something else, there where so many ice I couldn't even use the straw, it was smoothly done and when I went to complain, one of the waitress told me that's how it's there in Richards bay 🙃, so I asked her if I should use a s**** then, one of her colleagues came said she will re-do it, worse part is, I didn't even get an apology for that nonsense she did.
