McDonald's **** Rewards (Robbing Ppl Of Points)

I visited the Gateway Mall McDonald's yesterday 13/09/24. I made payment at the front of the store.I gave the cashier my phone to scan for me to receive points for my purchase.The points did not reflect to date. I contacted McDonald's via self help...Their response was irrelevant to my query.They just explained how points get accumulated etc.I don't even think it was a person who responded,probably computer generated.They then send me a sms saying the case was resolved.When it actually hasn't been resolved.Bare is mind this is not the first time this exact store has ensured the customer that the app was scanned for points and it was not added to points Balance.I think this is pathetic customer service and *****ulent behavior from McDonald's.They seem to be Robbing customers under false pretense.If I wasn't a person who checks...then I wouldn't have known.Also know that they even got one of the items wrong.I specifically said dont put Mayo on one of the items and low and behold...there was mayo in it.
