McDonalds Rewards

My review is regarding the current promotion with the rewards program when purchasing a large meal. I have selected the rewards for 2 x Nu Metro tickets but when I tried to redeem it at a Nu Metro cinema it was unable to be redeemed. I was advised by the Nu Metro consultant to contact the McDonalds queries line directly regarding the TLC rewards. After waiting 20 mins the in que trying to redeem the tickets I made 13 calls to the contact number *** that appeared on the sms received from Mcdonalds for any queries but had no response since the call continued to ring with no response. How can rewards be given and when assistance is required there is no response. it is very disappointing to get this type of service for being a very good supporter of purchasing from Mcdonalds almost daily.
