McDonald's reply to your complaints

McDonald's ,please reply to my complaint. I made a purchased on the 2nd Jan 2025 via uber eats.. One of the meals, which was my 5 year old happy meals,chicken nuggets was so dried out and over cooked. We regarly order happy meals for her,and this was the first time it was as explained. Even my 5 daughter ,said Mommy it's burned I have send an email with pictures and receipt of when was purchased.

I Then got a reply that I need to complaint to uber eats. Why must I complaint to uber eats if McDonald's made the nuggets,I only ised the service for delivery of uber eats.

I then send another emails and complaint on a different platform, reply was again complaint on the uber eats platform.
