McDonalds Refuses to Redeem Vouchers

We are part of the rewards program CCBSA Rewards (Coca Cola) whereby you can redeem points and receive McDonalds vouchers.

We redeemed R260 worth in McDonald's vouchers and made sure that our nearest McDonald's which is the Welkom McDonald's (Goldfields Mall) is not one of the branches that do not accept the vouchers (We have a screenshot of all the branches not applicable).

We went to the Welkom McDonald's and ordered over R200 worth of food only to be told that they do not have the function to redeem vouchers and we could not cancel our order.

This is just a **** to lure a customer to purchase food and refuse to honor the vouchers, so I wasted R200 due to McDonalds refusing to honor my vouchers.

You should not be part of rewards programmes if you have no intention of honoring the vouchers.

Our vouchers expire in a couple of weeks with no other McDonald's nearby, so McDonalds has succeeded in robbing their customers and we will be losing out on these vouchers.

This is disgraceful.
