Mcdonalds Redhill gives sloppy service and food

My work colleaugues and I had placed an order earlier this week at Mcdonalds Redhill. The order came late and items were missing. We called and they brought the missing items on the second trip. This morning we placed our order at 8AM for delivery at 10am.....after 4 telephone calls our food arrived cold at around 12... There were missing items once again and my hotcakes that was late the other day but presented well in a box with syrup and butter was today delivered in a plastic packet with no butter or syrup/jam.... after calling the call centre and getting cut off....called back the second time and they refused to transfer me to a manager. Your service is pathetic....absolutely terrible....you should change from fast food service to thoroughly delayed as you under deliver.
