McDonald's raisethorpe

I had visited the branch in raisethorpe, Pietermaritzburg.My foremost and I together ordered 4 meals and I hadn't gotten the chips with mine. I then took my slip to the lady working at the front and I had told her I hadn't gotten my chips that also needed a shaker bag.She took my slip and 5 minutes later ,gave me a shaker bag with no fries.I then go again and tell her that I'm still missing the chips,she then goes to the back and doesn't come back with my slip.I talk to another guy about it and he does nothing .10 minutes of waiting I realize that nobody is doing anything.I then go amd talk to another worker at tha branch and he tells me that I'm wrong for not checking that I didn't get the chips when I had gotten my meal when I already did that and waited all that time.Ij total I told 4 different workers what gad happened and one was very rude.Nobody wore name tags.When I had asked for the manager,they had to **** to me about who the manager is .Terrible customer service,really left me fuming.
