McDonalds "railroad" complaint and close it without solving it.

Went to the McDonalds CBD in Rustenburg Friday at approx. 17h00 to order 2 x "JC"s (as they themselves call it, aka "Junior Chicken burgers". Stopping at the drive thru, I order it, just so that the "valuable" employee, rep**** with "eeeeee"... and then quiet. I repeated my order, and followed by another "quiet" only, so I moved on to the 1st window, where 3 people were standing. After asking the male person "don't you do "JC / Junior chicken burgers anymore? - He was rep**** "Yes - we do". Long story short: I was accused by the same arrogant, self entitled "valuable employee" - that the new trainee could not understand me due a "lack of communication". After pointing out that it had absolutely NOTHING to do with a "lack of communication" , but it was rather due to their own "lack of training", he rep**** with "so you want to tell me I am lacking in training". I thus went into the store, tried speaking to the Manager, "Pule", whom was not available, and upon phoning his cellular nr, he answered after the 3rd try. To make a long story short, he stated that he is available at the story from 06h00. Also - After standing at the counter enquiring after the 1st employee with the attitude's name - he was "unknown" and no one knew his name.... I thus went home, lodged a complaint online, after not being able to get any HQ contact numbers, and did get a ref nr: INC-FAC3A-OE69C2. A day later, I received another SMS that "the complaint was resolved"... Coming from a previous McDonalds secret shopper, I have on various previous occasions contacted Pule with previous complaints. He does excel with "lip" service" with it is clear that this CBD branch is a problem-branch, that clearly needs attention from McDonalds in the USA. ADN to top it now? Complaint closed WITHOUT it being really solved: The reason why I state "they "railroaded my complaint". As someone working in retail myself - this is precisely why customers lose their cool, have a tantrum and then gets accused of being "rude" - because your staff provoke them into it. (Previous communication kept on my phone for reference). Can McDonalds USA attend to this one?
