MCDONALD’s PROTEA GLEN MALL HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE HISTORY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

This specific McDonald’s is the pits when it comes to customer service! Why is it a FAST FOOD restaurant if we’re going to wait for hours to get food! The worst happened today where we had to wait for them to serve DRIVE THROUGH customers before walk ins!? I mean where in the world have you heard of that? Top of the cherry? There were few cars in the drive through!!! I am beyond ****ed!
