McDonald's Protea Glen Mall

I had a a very bad experience purchasing at Protea McDonald's using Uber eats. I waited for my food almost 30 min but,I called the shop to find out what was going on with my order as I had paid it using bank app cash,Lesego the outlet manger told me it wasn't his problem nor the restaurant problem that my order didn't get delivered,he told me he won't do anything about the matter he literally told me to go to hell, I have lost so much love and respect for the brand it self especially the outlet as it didn't meet my expectations as a customer.my food was cold and drink were watery. I am just asking myself why these people don't get proper customer service training and telephone etiquette.Lesego was too rude to me.
