MCDONALDS PROMENDADE DELIVERS NOTHING

This one is for McDonald's Mitchell's Plain Promenade delivery. The last 3 orders I made from them via the app only the 1st one was delivered. The 2nd time, I waited almost 2 hours after delivery was supposed to come and I called them only to hear that their computer was offline. ZERO COMMUNICATION. Against my better judgment I decided to order again and this time I got a call after the delivery time was past to advise that they have a bomb scare. And these were the times I was taking note. This **** has been happening all the time. This store should just stop taking delivery orders because they can't deliver the service they advertise. One time I ordered and never got refunded and the app said delivered. *****! I am so passed off because then it takes 10 DAYS for MY MONEY to be refunded when they debited me in seconds.
