McDonald's Promenade

By far the worse experience I've ever received. On every occasion that I've ordered food from them it was delivered LATE and not just by a few minutes by and hour or sometimes even longer. Today the same issue, my order was supposed to be delivered by 17:10 however it was only delivered now at 18:25 not only was it LATE AGAIN but it was ICE COLD, when calling to the store the lady who answered wasn't bothered at all and just said "Your order has been sent out", no apology, no compensation, NO NOTHING!! I am FED UP with this pathetic service TIME AND TIME AGAIN!!!!!
